When choosing recipients, I prioritize writers of color, trans and nonbinary writers, and/or writers with significant economic challenges.
Writers with little or no experience are welcome to apply. I believe that writing is an act of bravery, all stories are worth telling, and we can grow as writers with accountability, feedback, and support.
